• Fire Alarm
  Our team of Fire Alarm Technicians are certified by the Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA) and are covered by our own Liability Insurance Policy as well as the Ontario WSIB program. We provide 100% testing of all Fire Alarm System equipment as per CAN/ULC – S536-MO4 standards, ensuring that every component of the Fire Alarm System has been tested to ensure proper operation and annunciation at the fire panel.
  

  The Ontario Fire Code mandates that regular Annual Inspections, repair & maintenance of the Fire Alarm (and Emergency voice communication – if applicable) systems be undertaken by suitably qualified companies and technicians.

• Fire Extinguisher
  

  Galaxy Fire Protection offers the following services: Annual (and Monthly upon request) Inspection, Tagging & Checking of all Fire Extinguishers Recharging after use, or 6 year maintenance & hydrostatic testing Checking hardware like hose nozzles, racking equipment, hose cabinets & re-folding of fire hoses. Fires are classified by the type of materials involved. Most fires fit into one or more combination of five classifications, Class A, B, C, D and K

• Emergency Lighting
  
  When there is a power outage, your emergency lighting equipment is designed to provide illumination during such power outages.
  
  Galaxy Fire protection provides Annual Inspection, Test & Maintenance Services (including Battery & Bulb replacement) for exit & emergency lighting systems in accordance with the Ontario Fire Code (OFC). This test certifies that the exit & emergency lights are functional & batteries sustain their charge for a duration as specified in the OFC.
